Meetings 2011 to 2012
The programme of lectures starts on Thursday 6 October 2011 at 8pm and continues at intervals on Thursday evenings, usually at 7 pm until 22 March 2012.
Certificates of Attendance will be available at each academic meeting.
Guests of Fellows and Members are welcome as are all registered medical practitioners whether members or not. Anyone else wishing to attend should contact the Honorary Secretary beforehand.
Most of our lectures will be held in Seminar Rooms 5&6 on the first floor of the Whitla Medical Building, Lisburn Road, Belfast. A lift is available.
Meetings such as the Presidential Address at which a larger audience may be expected will continue to be held in the North Lecture Theatre, Medical Biology Centre or in the Health Sciences Building, QUB.
On meeting nights car park entry can be effected by using the intercom to speak to security. The doors to the Whitla Medical Building will also be controlled by security. No code is available. Those who prefer to access the Whitla via the MBC should note that the MBC will almost certainly be open during term time until 9 or 10 o'clock but this is not guaranteed.
